How Do I Pay for My Equipment/Party Experience and What Are Your Payment Terms?

SG Entertainment offers flexible and secure payment options to make booking your rental or party package easy and convenient. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers to accommodate your preferences. 

Typically, full payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation and secure the equipment. For larger events or customized party experiences, we provide an option to pay a 50% deposit upfront with the remaining balance due before delivery or the event date. This allows for better budget planning and secure arrangements. 

We advise customers to review their booking confirmation carefully, as our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may incur fees depending on the circumstances.
